Societal Suicide

Apologizing is societal suicide.
More and more people who even disapprove or object to the fiery disjointed rhetoric from the Marxists are being subjected to threats and demands to capitulate.
Politicians have caved over and over to appease the mob. Police officers are being arrested and fired for minor infractions that have now been banned. Ranking police commanders are walking off the job rather than adhere to mindless directives coming from the ivory towers. The spineless elected officials even referred to the seizure of a large area of their city with barricades and no police admitted edict as a “Summer of Love.” They have gone as far as painting huge letters on the street spelling out Black Lives Matter. What they should have painted is PANDERING TO THE MOB.
Major corporations have been cowed into issuing statements of solidarity with Black Lives Matter claims of systemic racism across the country. Yet those very same corporations have done nothing except give lip service to providing opportunities to people of color. Not one of the companies have more than a minuscule percentage of blacks as employees and even fewer in positions of responsibility.
Hypocrisy is becoming an art form.
Democrats are kneeling in the halls of Congress wearing African garb. Stupidly the garb was associated with the Asante tribe who were the first slave traders of their own people. Wholesale groups of supporters take a knee in solidarity. It has even been suggested the Colin Kaepernick receive and apology by none other than the Commissioner of the NFL.
History is being eradicated with the violent removal and desecration of statues and monuments. The demands have gone from the ridiculous to the sublime. The National Anthem is now racist and needs to be replaced. Even George Washington and Abraham Lincoln are being attacked with unclear reason. Perhaps merely because they are icons in our history, or because their sin is being white. The Emancipation monument commemorating the freeing of the slaves had to be protected from a crazed mob. The Democrats are remaining silent. Remember Abraham Lincoln was a Republican.
It is harder and harder to make sense of what the real demands are. Reparations are back on the list. Eradicating police departments, the establishment of Black Only areas and resources on college campuses are espoused.
White privilege and white supremacy are blamed for all the perceived ills of all time. The founders are not respected for creating the republic. Which is interesting since their party of choice is the Democrats. Historically the Democrats have not been kind to Afro-Americans. They turned a blind eye to the KKK, even having a member in their ranks until recently. They fought against school desegregation. The now standard bearer, former Vice President Joe Biden held that admitting black students to white schools would be a disaster. The Democrats believe that the Blacks are their votes and theirs alone. The civil unrest is the wind in their sails and allows pandering at unforeseen levels. They get the opportunity to elevate George Floyd to god like status. They even helped organize three funeral services, a gold casket and horse drawn open hearse. The spectacle was reminiscent of a funeral for a head of state.
We are being bulldozed into silence as the ad hoc BLM supporters and groups gain and become more vocal, pointed and incoherent. The alleged leader of BLM New York City has said if they don’t get what they want they will burn the place down. He believes that violent revolution is a legitimate tool for change. I think that is where the line will finally be drawn. The country will balk at pushing back violence with violence but left unchecked that is what we will be facing. We will reach an inflection point and it will be the citizens who take to the streets to put down the coming revolution. It will be sad, it will be violent and it will be for our very future.
Perpetuating the rhetoric, appeasing the violence, and capitulating to demands of the mob has nothing to do with reform. It is the way we will destroy our country as we descend into Marxist socialism and lose all the progress of 244 years. The United States of America is the most noble experiment in the history of the world, and we cannot allow it to fail now.
