The California Ninth Circuit has just handed down a ruling that pregnancy centers most advise woman that abortions are an option to their pregnancy. “Since Roe. V. Wade, privately funded crisis pregnancy centers across America have provided a refuge and an alternative to women who might have otherwise chosen abortion. They are vitally important in the fight to promote a culture of life, adoption and health. This ruling now forces these clinics to violate their sincerely held religious beliefs, and it is an affront to our constitutionally mandated rights to life and to religious freedom.” Said Dr. James Dobson, founder of Focus on the Family.
The culture of death is relentless in pursuit of their agenda and will not rest until they inflict it on all of us. We must not allow that to happen. The stakes of this Presidential election cannot be higher. The Federal bench has been populated over the last eight years by the appointment of the most left leaning, liberal activist judges known to our country. Remember that those federal appointments are for life, so we will be battling these rulings for at least a generation. The pond is being polluted by the poison judgements that are being handed down. If SCOTUS is packed with similarly left leaning liberal activists, who care not a whit about interpreting the constitution, then the damage may be irreparable.
If only one issue causes you to vote it should be this one. Save the Supreme Court at all costs.
No one is saying that the candidates are the best that either of the parties could produce. In fact, the opposite is true. The sides are more or less drawn by rhetoric and national divisions. However, the difference is all about the America that our founders envisioned. Everyone living and pursuing happiness under the rule of law and our Constitution. The foundations of our country have already been fractured by years of judges skewing decisions according to their own political agendas.
Although we are all human and subject to our own inner workings the job at hand for such lofty positions as the Supreme Court Justices should be one of strict interpretation of the words that were given to us over two hundred years ago.
Bending the law has become a political sport. Winning means everything, justice be damned.
Americans are called this year to put a stop to this slide into the abyss. Same sex marriage, recognition of ambiguous sexual identity rights, hampering of parental control of their own children, irradiation of our Judeo-Christian heritage, abortion virtually on demand is soon to be followed by assisted suicide requires that we steel our spines for a fight like we have not known before. Religious freedoms are being dictated by the ruling party as fits their agenda. Citizens desires and protections are being marginalized in favor of a progressive political doctrine.
The hype and the noise of the Presidential campaign are but a mere back drop to the more important reality of preserving the United States of America in all its glory.
You must vote. It is more important now than ever before.
